About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support the Program Directors and Operations Team in ensuring the seamless execution of our accelerator programs. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event planning, project coordination, and startup ecosystem management. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with startups, investors, and corporate partners. If you are a problem solver with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, this internship is for you!

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing program activities, including live and virtual events.

  • Support Program Directors in coordinating with startups, corporate partners, and stakeholders.

  • Help manage event logistics, schedules, and operational workflows.

  • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting, ensuring smooth program execution.

  • Assist the marketing and communications team in promoting accelerator programs.

  • Research and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Provide general support to the Operations Team to ensure a great experience for program participants.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at a Dutch university (internship must be part of the curriculum) in Business Administration, Project Management, Event Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Prior experience in event coordination, operations, or project management is a plus.

  • Experience in fast-paced, international, or startup environments is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

  • Familiarity with digital planning and organizational tools.

  • Ability to solve problems creatively and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Energetic and proactive personality with a hands-on approach.

  • Strong attention to detail and event coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.

  • Must reside in or near Amsterdam and have a valid work permit for the Netherlands (if applicable).
