About Us

Startupbootcamp is one of the world’s largest and most active startup accelerators, operating in 20+ cities since 2010. We’ve helped thousands of founders grow faster through mentorship, investment, and unmatched access to global networks of investors, corporates, and partners.

Now, for the first time, we’re bringing Startupbootcamp to Georgia. Launching in Tbilisi, our program will accelerate the country’s most ambitious founders and connect them to global opportunities. 

We’re hands-on, deliverables-based, and all about building startups that move fast and scale smart.

About the role

We’re looking for motivated students and young professionals who want to dive headfirst into the startup world. As an SBC Intern and Brand Ambassador, you’ll be our ears and eyes on the ground. You will be helping promote the brand and programs at the university, as well as supporting the team with events, scouting, and creating content. In return, you’ll gain hands-on work experience with a global accelerator and exposure to the real startup ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support with day-to-day operations: logistics, scheduling, and setup for sessions and events

  • Support the startup application process (CRM updates, data entry, applicant communication)

  • Assist with event preparation, including but not limited to, materials, registration, photos, videos, live updates

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support both program team and startups

  • Prepare summary notes and documentation from mentor sessions and workshops

  • Assist with content creation for marketing (e.g., photos, videos, blog drafts)

  • Provide administrative support to all team members as required

  • Be SBC’s local brand ambassador at university campuses, meetups, and community gatherings

  • Jump in wherever needed as this is a true learning-by-doing environment from day one

Job requirements

You are

  • Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate

  • Passionate about startups, innovation and event management

  • Energetic, social, and proactive → you make things happen and  feel comfortable sharing your ideas and findings

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and are eager to learn → let us know where your interests lie and we can make sure you spend time on those too

  • Fluent in English. Georgian or another language is a plus
