Now, for the first time, we’re bringing Startupbootcamp to Georgia. Launching in Tbilisi, our program will accelerate the country’s most ambitious founders and connect them to global opportunities. 

We’re hands-on, deliverables-based, and all about building startups that move fast and scale smart.

About the role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you’ll work side-by-side with early-stage founders in the accelerator. You’ll act as a mentor, coach, and role model, sharing your entrepreneurial scars and successes to help founders move faster and smarter. You’ll provide hands-on strategic and tactical support to startups through office hours.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on strategic and tactical support to startups on business models, product roadmaps, fundraising, and go-to-market through open office hours and 1:1 sessions

• Work with and support the founders and startups - leveraging their experience and expertise

• Identify opportunities for startups to connect with relevant industry players or potential customers

• Support the Startupbootcamp team in mentor recruitment and community-building in Georgia and the wider region

• Act as role models for founders, sharing personal entrepreneurial experience and lessons

You are

• An experienced entrepreneur, founder, or senior operator with scars and stories to share

• Someone who loves giving back to the next generation of founders

• Well-connected in Georgia or the wider regional/global ecosystem

• Pragmatic and hands-on, with a mindset of “let’s solve this now” rather than “theory”

• Energized by being part of an ambitious, fun, high-impact program
