About the role
As a Business Development Intern at Startupbootcamp, you’ll join our Corporate Relations Unit, working at the forefront of innovation and startup ecosystems. This is more than just a lead-generation role — you’ll be the key driver in building and expanding relationships that power our business. Your core responsibilities will include:
• B2B lead generation and qualifying leads
• Writing proposals and managing client communications
• Promoting and organizing events, and actively participating in them
• Supporting the team in sales activities to drive growth
• Start date: ASAP
This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales and relationship management, giving you the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of stakeholders including startups, corporates, and investors.
Job requirements
Profile Overview
We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited by the startup world. You’ll fit right in if you have:
• Previous internship experience (preferred but not required)
• A natural inclination for teamwork and an ability to take initiative
• A keen interest in the startup/innovation ecosystem
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interpersonal skills: you’re the type of person who effortlessly builds connections, engages with others, and remembers everyone’s name at the end of an event
• Methodical and persistent work habits, with the ability to tackle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Excel and other business-related software
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
